Wow...I turned 23 yesterday. For most of my birthdays the feeling of actually being an older age doesn't really hit, for some reason this time it did. It makes me think, "I'm getting up there". Yeah, it really allows to me to take a step back and look at my life and where I want to go. I'm on the right track and I'm happy about that. For once, I'm really excited about what the future holds for me. There is still so many things I want to experience, places to go, people to meet. One step at a time, I know.

Even though it's been over a year, it's still hard to believe you aren't here even though I've long accepted the fact. I would give almost anything to hear your voice, feel you touch, hear your laughter. There isn't another man on this earth that can have the impact on the life you've had, that void will never be filled. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.

I can't believe it's the 1st already. I had to do a double take when I looked at my calendar. I envy all those that are going to have an actual summer vacation while I'll be slaving away at my school books.

Don't you hate it when you make plans with someone, they say they will pick you up at such and such time, and when that time comes they are no where to be found? Don't you hate it when you've had these plans made for over a week? You call their phone and no one answers.  And lastly, don't you hate when you know you could be doing something else other than waiting on their asses. Yeah......
